Joe is creator of the acclaimed Employalty™ framework that's reshaping how organizations build genuine commitment in this new age of work. He is the author of three books including the award-winning Employalty and No More Team Drama, and he host’s the popular podcast Boss Better Now which ranks in the top 1% of management podcasts globally.Â

Joe brings 20 years of expertise in leadership, employee engagement, and workplace culture, rooted in both practical experience and academic rigor.
